SEEDS Policies and procedures have been put in place to:

• provide ground rules for effective interaction among diverse members
• reflect areas of support and create good practice for all involved in SEEDS
• coordinate responsibilities for solving problems
• provide standards for assessing performance by identifying the roles and responsibilities of various individuals
• help identify potential obstacles to efficient and consistent performance information among individual associated with SEEDS
