Every Wednesday the multi-cultural band wagon The Global Eye has two pages on Foyle News, the sister paper of The Derry Journal. Written by experienced journalists at SEEDS, the articles comment on issues of interest to the local as well as wider community and aims to provide an international perspective to the lives of people in Derry and the North West.
They are replicated here in pdf format and intend to be a permanent archive of the issues, activities and celebrations of those people whose cultures and lives may be otherwise unknown. The pages are edited by K.S. Vijay Elangova, a senior journalist and writer from India, who now lives in Derry.
